This floorplan is our smallest yet still maintains the comforts of all the other floorplans. The main floorplan is an open concept, the kitchen island is great for entertaining. The upstairs has a large master bedroom, with an attached bathroom and walk in closet, the other two bedrooms both have walk in closets to maximize storage.
