John Clayton is a second generation contractor that got his start in the construction industry working along side his father in his remodel business in Logan, Utah. This experience provided the opportunity for John to become a subject matter expert with hands on experience in several subcontracting trades including but not limited to concrete, carpentry, windows, exterior siding, soffit and fascia and raingutter.

Craftsmanship comes naturally to John and is embedded in the final product. Through the years, John has built a reputation with City Building and Planning Departments as one who takes a positive approach to problem solving. Clayton Homes incorporates green building materials and techniques into all projects and partners with third party Home Energy Raters to ensure energy efficient homes.

John’s vision is to create communities that meet buyers’ needs for a carefree and activity lifestyle.
