HOA INFORMATION

Somerset Villas residents enjoy many amenities provided by the Homeowner's Association including:

-Exterior Building Maintenance

-Snow removal of all roads (not including driveways)

-Complete landscaping maintenance

-Entire Building Insurance, however most Homeowner's choose to carry an HO6 policy (content insurance). More information on both policies is here.

The current HOA dues are $120 a month. It is the builder's priority to turn over the HOA with a healthy amount of reserves.
